Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges Policy – Fam Ties

At Fam Ties, your satisfaction with your purchase is important to us. Our policy operates in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation).

Order Cancellation & Returns

You may cancel a transaction and return a product within 14 days from the date of receiving the product or from the date of receiving the disclosure document – whichever is later.

In case of cancellation:
 • A refund will be issued, less cancellation fees of up to 5% of the transaction amount or 100 NIS, whichever is lower.
 • The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
 • The refund will be issued after the returned product is received and inspected.

Return Conditions
 • The product must be returned unused, in new condition, with original tags attached and in its original packaging.
 • Products that were custom-made or personalized cannot be returned.
 • Underwear items / products opened and not suitable for resale due to hygiene reasons cannot be returned (if applicable).

Defective Product or Shipping Error

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
In such cases, an exchange or refund will be provided at no additional cost to the customer.
