Shipping Policy – Fam Ties

We make every effort to deliver orders quickly and efficiently.

Delivery Times

Delivery time is up to 21 business days from the date the order and payment are confirmed.

Business days do not include:
 • Fridays
 • Saturdays
 • Official holidays and holiday eves in the State of Israel

In most cases, orders arrive earlier. However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (shipping carriers, high demand, emergency situations, etc.).

Delivery Areas

Shipping is available throughout Israel via a courier company.
Certain remote or exceptional areas may require extended delivery times in accordance with the courier company’s policy.

Exceptional Delays

In rare cases of force majeure, unusual workload, or delays beyond the company’s control, delivery times may be extended. Customers will be updated accordingly.
